I'm pretty blunt, and I love to state my opinion on almost everything, so be prepared.

Why do people have to tell me to "chill". I post something- the Diet rant- based on how I feel and my general love of society, and get told to chill. Well, number one I'm a healthy american woman of proper age and consent. If I want to use the right of free speech that the stuff-shirted politicians in the White House choose to keep around, then damnit you better believe I'm going to use it. I will not be silenced with massive pleas from children who don't know the meaning of hardship or life. It's really just not quite that easy.

I follow a very strict rule in life and that is: Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.

I don't push my morals or values on everyone around me. I don't tell everyone my religion is more perfect than theirs, and the only true light of god. How is my opinion on dieting a bad subject for me to speak about? I've been there. I've done that. I'll be the first to admit that I'm overweight and grossly so. I've had a kid. I'll get back to a size 8 someday, but until then, I have knowledge of dozens of diets- why shouldn't I leave it laying around for other people to stumble upon and read at will?

The point? Don't tell me to "chill" for being 'loose' with information I feel everyone should have. Good health is important to everyone, and a major key to happiness. If I feel the need to spread happiness and joy, then by God may I be condemned forever in hell for opening my big mouth again.

Sarcastically Yours,
Toxic

What people?

You've made comments on so many of my articles that I thought I'd check out your blog. And the first thing I thought after reading the most recent was.... "chill".

Please understand that I'm in love with communication and I can think of nothing better than giving information, but there is nothing worse than tearing people down and making them feel like it's unsafe to voice their opinion.

You sound intelligent and wellread- so put what you know out there. I look forward to reading more articles by you.

Actually I was enraged. The particular person who told me to "chill" happens to be a very young, very green, very control hungry individual. I was more upset at her gall to tell me to not state health facts in a public forum than anything else--afterall, I wasn't advocating for terrorism or anything. Just telling people to be healthy and happy.

Thank you for stopping by, it's truely apriciated...mind bad spelling it's 4am.
